Cut Pumpkins open and remove seeds. Click here for a pumpkin spice pumpkin seed recipe , click here for a regular pumpkin seed recipe. Discard the stringy pumpkin guts and save the pumpkin seeds if you plan on making pumpkin seeds.

Step 3:
Slice pumpkin in to thin slices and place on your dehydrator tray. You can cut these in any shape you want, just keep them thin.

Step 4: cover the pumpkins slices in a light layer of oil.

Step 5: Sprinkle Salt, Nutmeg and Cinnamon on the pumpkin slices.
Step 6: Begin the dehydrating process. I have mine dehydrate for 1 hour at 110 degrees and then crank the heat up to 145 the remaining 15 hours.
Step 7: Enjoy. When you first bite in they may take like nothing, chew and a light flavor of pumpkin spice and butter will emerge.
