This is the recipe I use for my odd ball pumpkins which do not grow big enough for me to make anything out of them.
Small to medium sized pumpkins
Olive oil or vegetable oil
Wash pumpkins (optional, peel them).
Cut Pumpkins open and remove seeds (you don’t have to remove the seeds if you do not want to. For this recipe I leave my pumpkins whole). Slice pumpkin in to thin slices and place on your dehydrator tray. You can cut these in any shape you want, just keep them thin.
Step 4: cover the pumpkins slices in a light layer of oil.
Step 5: Sprinkle onion powder, Cinnamon and paprika on the pumpkin slices.
Step 6: Begin the dehydrating process. I have mine dehydrate for 1 hour at 110 degrees and then crank the heat up to 145 the remaining 15 hours.
Step 7: Enjoy.
